Noelia Custodio

Noelia Custodio is an Argentine stand-up comedian, actress and content creator born in Buenos Aires on 16 August 1989. She studied broadcasting at ISEC and found in comedy a way to cope with being a target of bullying in her Catholic school years, later saying humor became her salvation. In 2011 she began training with Félix Buenaventura, developing the acidic, critical style that defines her work, and performed at the Festival Ciudad Emergente in 2013 and 2014, the Festival Nuestro, and the 2015 Festival de la Palabra, where more than 5,000 people saw her perform. She worked in radio at Splendid and Futurock FM, and since 2020 has built a YouTube channel telling comic stories and offering recommendations. Her stand-up special "Algo Satánico," written during the pandemic and mixing horror-movie references with jokes about her Catholic upbringing, has toured extensively, playing venues including the Gran Plaza Teatro in Mendoza, the Cultural Center of San Isidro, the Teatro Lasserre in Rafaela and El Teatro Bar in La Plata.
