Nando Viana

Nando Viana is a Brazilian stand-up comedian with almost 20 years of career, trained in advertising, who has released comedy specials distributed on Netflix and Comedy Central. His first stand-up special, Da Turma do Fundao Desde 1981, launched independently in 2015, was later carried by Netflix and is now available free on his YouTube channel. His third solo show, Coloca o Cinto Que a Viagem Vai Ser Longa, offers a new account of his life as a comedian with more than a decade of experience, while his fourth solo show, Como Faz Pra Ficar Aqui?, which he has toured across Brazil, addresses anxiety through comedy. He also performs in the stand-up ensemble show A Culpa e do Cabral. Viana has appeared on some of Brazil's biggest television humor programs and continues to build his stand-up career primarily through self-released and streamed specials that reach audiences well beyond his live tour dates.
