Gonzalo Andrés Trujillo Álvaro

Gonzalo Andres Trujillo Alvaro, known professionally as Gon Trujillo, is a Chilean stand-up comedian, actor and web designer. Born in Vina del Mar, he moved to Santiago as an infant when his father's job required it, growing up there as the younger of two brothers. He trained and works as a web designer, a career he has continued alongside comedy at the Truall agency. After stepping away from theatre following the birth of his son, Trujillo returned to performing through open mic nights, aiming specifically to make audiences laugh. His first stand-up show, a dark comedy set in 2023, did not land well by his own account, but he went on to build a large following in Maipu with an absurd, sarcastic style rooted in everyday life that deliberately avoids political material. He now has more than 520,000 followers across social media, performs a show called "La Absurda Comedia de su Vida," and has toured beyond Chile, including dates in Argentina.
