Omar El Gamal

Omar El Gamal (Arabic: عمر الجمل) is an Egyptian stand-up comedian based in Cairo. He performs a recurring interactive comedy show titled "Ain Gamal," in which the material is largely unscripted and the audience becomes part of the act. His style is built around sharp observational humour, quick improvisation and direct crowd interaction, producing a live experience that changes from night to night rather than following a fixed routine.

El Gamal performs both in Egypt and across the wider Middle East as part of a touring circuit, with dates staged in Cairo, Amman, Riyadh, Jeddah and Bahrain. Venues have included the Al Manara Theatre in Cairo, the Cultural Palace at Al Hussein Sports City in Amman, and the Sard Cultural Centre in Riyadh. His shows are frequently listed as selling out, and in 2026 he presented what was reported as his largest "Ain Gamal" production to date at Al Manara in Cairo.

He maintains an official YouTube channel and an active social-media presence through which he promotes his live dates. He works as a solo performer rather than as part of a comedy collective, television programme or clip channel.
