Chara Tsioli

Chara Tsioli started out in a different field, studying dietetics and public health at the former TEI of Thessaloniki, before she trained as an actor at the drama school of G. Theodosiadis and graduated in 2007. In the same year she staged a theatre adaptation of Giannis Oikonomidis's film The Matchbox, and the production won the Athinorama award for best Greek play.

For years the theatre was her base. Since 2007 she has worked with 90° C, the company of Dimitris Komninos, and she has also played with the regional theatres of Larissa and Crete. On television she appeared in the thriller series 10i Entoli on Alpha and in the comedy Me ta pantelonia kato on Mega, and on film in Luton, directed by Michalis Konstantatos.

In later years her work has turned to satire and stand-up comedy. On YouTube she created Laugh Coaching, which she presents as a method joining self-improvement with humour, and she also makes videos for TikTok.
