Anish Goregaonkar is an Indian stand-up comedian known for his Marathi-language stand-up sets. Trained as an engineer, he began performing stand-up comedy on 13 October 2018 and has since built a following through his YouTube channel and Instagram, where he posts both full sets and short clips.
Goregaonkar has developed a debut solo hour of material in Hinglish as well as roughly an hour of material in Marathi. He has appeared on the Marathi stand-up television show "Ek Tappa Out" on Star Pravah and on the celebrity stand-up show "Ubhya Ubhya" on Planet Marathi OTT. In interviews, he has described his writing style as building from a relatable, everyday premise toward an unexpectedly dark punchline, and despite his own engineering background, he has joked that engineer-related premises should be banned from Indian comedy clubs. Early in his career he once performed a show on a footpath after a promoter, who had sold only four tickets for a small event, set up chairs outside because there was no indoor venue available.
