About Deki Sutrisna
Deki Sutrisna is an Indonesian stand-up comedian from Bekasi and a member of the Stand Up Indo Bekasi community. He appeared in earlier Stand Up Comedy Indonesia (SUCI) audition rounds, including a season 10 audition where he joked about not yet being ready to be repossessed by a debt collector, before qualifying outright for SUCI season 11 on Kompas TV in 2025. He advanced to the top seven of that season, building material around common Indonesian social habits and performing an impression of political commentator Rocky Gerung in Show 4, before being eliminated ('close mic') that same show and returning only for a special callback episode alongside other eliminated finalists, including fellow Bojonegoro comedian Fajar Mukti. Following the competition he received offers of paid comedy bookings, a common path for SUCI finalists to translate competition exposure into ongoing performing work beyond the show itself.
