About Sapar
Sapar, whose full name is recorded as Saparudin, is an Indonesian stand-up comedian from Tarakan, North Kalimantan, and a member of the Stand Up Indo Tarakan community. Performing under a persona built on his background as an air-conditioning and electronics service technician, he built material around the everyday absurdities of that trade, including a bit about an entire family gathering to watch him service their air conditioner. He received a golden ticket at the Makassar audition round of Stand Up Comedy Indonesia (SUCI) season 11 and went on to pass the pre-show stage on Kompas TV in 2025, advancing into the main competition, where he was eliminated in the show's very first episode. He subsequently returned to appear in the season's callback round and gave a special performance segment during the SUCI 11 grand final alongside other eliminated comedians.
