Angelo Pintus

Angelo Pintus is an Italian stand-up comedian and comic actor born on May 21, 1975 in Trieste, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Active since 2000, he is one of the few Italian comedians who consistently fills indoor arenas, known for fast-paced one-man shows built around impressions of politicians, footballers and TV personalities and a physical, high-energy delivery shaped by years on Colorado and Zelig.

Pintus started in 2000 in the comedic duo Angelo & Max with Max Vitale, then broke through nationally between 2009 and 2015 as a fixed cast member of Colorado on Italia 1. In 2013 he launched the solo tour 50 Sfumature di Pintus, which racked up over 150 sold-out theatre dates across Italy, and in 2014 he taped the prime-time special Pintus@Forum at the Mediolanum Forum in Assago for Italia 1. He hosted Karaoke on Italia 1 in 2015, then moved into long-form streaming with the Amazon Prime Video specials Pintus@Arena, Pintus@Club, Pintus@Christmas and Pintus@Taormina, the sitcom Before Pintus from 2021, and a stint as a contestant on the first season of LOL: Chi ride e fuori in 2021. His comedy mixes impressions, characters and observational routines about Italian family life, sports and politics.

Pintus is currently on the road with Nabana, his new 100-minute one-man show announced for major Italian sports arenas across the 2025-26 season, with confirmed dates including Inalpi Arena in Turin, Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno, ChorusLife Arena in Bergamo, PalaUnical in Mantova and Palarubini Alma Arena in his hometown Trieste.
