About Claudio Casisa
Claudio Casisa spent the first long stretch of his career as one half of I Soldi Spicci, the comedy duo he formed with Annandrea Vitrano in December 2012. The pair toured theatres with shows such as iSoldiSpicci Show and Chi dice donna dice camion, and national television picked them up in 2014, when they joined Colorado on Italia 1, a programme they returned to for its 2019 edition. Casisa had already appeared on Le Iene in 2011.
Cinema came next. In 2018 the duo starred in La fuitina sbagliata, which they also wrote, and the film brought Casisa the revelation of the season award at Benevento Cinema Televisione. They then wrote and directed a second feature, Un mondo sotto social, and in 2020 competed in the reality show Pechino Express as the couple I palermitani.
At the end of 2024 the two announced their professional split. Casisa's own projects include the theatre show Spaiato, directed by Vitrano, and a role in the film 30 anni (di meno) by Mauro Graiani.
