Henrik Oven

Henrik Oven grew up in Rygge in Østfold and made his name on TikTok rather than on club stages. He started filming parody videos and comedy sketches there in 2019, the year he moved to Stavanger, and a year later he settled in Oslo to study film production at Fagskolen Kristiania.

Much of his early humour, posted under the Groggymenn2 handle, sent up the snobbish youth culture of Oslo's west side and its slang, above all the word keeg. From that starting point he widened the act into a whole gallery of characters and parodies.

The same joke carried him into music. STAY KEEG, recorded with the trio Beathoven, reached platinum status on the IFPI Norway chart and was followed by his first solo single, KEEGE BOYS. With Henrik Viken he released OPP I BAKKEN, written with Katastrofe and Morgan Sulele, while Hummer & Calamari was a mock russ song made together with Ung i trafikken, an organisation that campaigns against driving under the influence. In 2022 he was a semi-finalist at the Vixen Awards in the entertainment category, and in 2026 he joined the cast of 71° nord on TVNorge.
