Hello Hor

Hor Lung met comedy through a school society and began performing at Live Comedy Club Taipei at twenty, while he was reading economics at National Chengchi University. He hosted the student talk show College Talk around the same time and went full-time in 2017, at a point when the live work amounted to a handful of bookings a month.

Joining STR Network in 2018 changed the scale of it. He wrote for all three seasons of The Night Night Show with Brian Tseng and guest-hosted in the third, then took over as lead host in 2023 when the programme was rebranded under his own name. That run coincided with a Taiwanese presidential election and leaned on satirical interviews with politicians from rival parties, which is what gave the show its reputation. His own stand-up tours are Ignoring You and Whatever She Says, and he later shared the world tour Storm in a Bubble Tea Cup with Brian Tseng. He has also hosted the Walk Bell John Awards, worked as host and adjudicator on Sanlih E-Television's The Rappers 2 and made a cameo in the film Dead Talents Society.
