About Debra-Jane Appleby
Debra-Jane Appelby (born c. 1967) is a British award-winning stand-up comedian, born in Huddersfield. In 2004 she reached the semi-finals of Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny. In 2005 she won the third year of the Funny Women competition, beating Sarah Millican and Ruth Bratt, and also took the main award at the Leicester Comedy Festival that year.
