About Brian Holtzman
Brian Holtzman is a United States stand-up comedian born August 31, 1961 on Long Island, New York. A veteran club comic with roots in the Bay Area scene of the late 1980s, he is now a fixture at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles and Joe Rogan's Comedy Mothership in Austin, often cited as one of Rogan's favorite comedians.
Brian Holtzman released his first stand-up special #CANCELHOLTZMAN on YouTube in 2023, followed by #CANCELHOLTZMAN2 in 2024. After serving in the United States Air Force, he started doing stand-up in the Bay Area at the Holy City Zoo, the Other Cafe and the Punchline, becoming a regional favorite. He has appeared on television in My Wife and Kids, Mind of Mencia and Minding the Store, plus films including Pauly Shore Is Dead and Looking for Lenny.
