Skyler Higley

Skyler Higley is an American stand-up comedian, writer and actor who came up through Chicago's legendary comedy scene. A WGA Award-winning writer for Conan O'Brien's late night show and a current staff writer for The Onion, Higley is known for what Conan himself described as a delightfully bizarre and undeniably hilarious comedic voice, and was selected as one of the Just for Laughs New Faces of Comedy at the 2022 Montreal festival.

Higley got his start in Chicago's stand-up and alt-comedy clubs before moving up through the writers' rooms of late night and digital comedy. His incisive and razor sharp writing earned him a Writers Guild of America Award while on staff at Conan on TBS, and he is currently a staff writer at The Onion with additional bylines at ClickHole and The New Yorker. He was named one of the New York Comedy Festival's Comics to Watch in 2019 and a Just for Laughs New Face in 2022. His additional television writing credits include After Midnight with Taylor Tomlinson, Conan O'Brien: The Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize for American Humor (2025) and Going Dutch (2025). On stage he is an alt-comedy regular at The Stand in New York, Zanies in Chicago and Hollywood Improv's The Lab showcase in Los Angeles.

Skyler Higley performs regularly at The Stand in New York, Zanies Comedy Club in Chicago, the Hollywood Improv and other major US comedy clubs and alt rooms.
