Bec Hill, born Rebecca Natani Hill on November 4, 1986, in Adelaide, Australia, is an Australian comedian, writer, presenter, actor and director based in the United Kingdom. She began performing comedy at age 18 in Adelaide before relocating to the UK, where she built a following for visual and musical comedy routines.
Hill is best known for her signature flipchart routines, a form of paper puppetry incorporating handmade illustrations, misheard song lyrics and interactive audience elements, which she has performed on British television shows including 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and The Jonathan Ross Show. She has also hosted the ITV children's arts and crafts programme Makeaway Takeaway. Beyond stand-up, Hill co-hosts the podcast A Problem Squared with mathematician and YouTuber Matt Parker, and has contributed voice work to video games including Mass Effect and Anthem. She has also written for animated children's shows such as The Amazing World of Gumball and the stop-motion series The Sound Collector.
