Diego Serafim

Diego Serafim is a Brazilian stand-up comedian, screenwriter and speaker who turned his experience of major weight loss and self-discovery into a stand-up comedy show. Having once weighed around 300 kilograms, he built his stage persona and material around that journey, describing it as leaving behind a way of thinking shaped by being seen as "the fat guy" and turning it into humor. His stand-up special, 100kg de Verdades, mixes real personal stories, reflections and comedy, focusing not just on losing weight but on changing how he thinks, acts and approaches life. Serafim is the founder of Fat Club Shows, a comedy project, and performs stand-up sets and corporate talks around Brazil, cultivating a self-described sardonic and ironic comic voice that turns his everyday difficulties into an entertaining view of the world. He maintains an active stand-up comedy presence on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, regularly posting clips of his live performances.
