Rominho Braga

Rominho Braga is a Brazilian stand-up comedian from Belem do Para who began performing comedy at the age of 18, drawn to stand-up after watching American comedians and by the simplicity of a format that needs only a stool and a microphone. He is a member of Em Pe na Rede, the first stand-up comedy group from northern Brazil, which he co-founded with Victor Camejo, Murilo Couto, Osmar Campbell and Davi Mansour. His solo specials, including Vida Enfadonha, RominhoOffice and Adivinha Quem E, have drawn large audiences in comedy clubs and theaters across Brazil and are available online, and he has toured a further solo show, De Ponta Cabeca. Braga also appeared in the 2018 feature film Maior Que O Mundo. He posts regular stand-up comedy videos on his YouTube channel, publishing new material on a weekly schedule, which has become a central part of how he reaches audiences across the country.
