About Joyce Ilg
Joyce Ilg reached comedy through acting. She trained as a photo engineer and took acting classes in Cologne alongside her studies, then worked through German television drama, with a long run as Saskia Brunner in the series Dahoam is Dahoam.
Her own YouTube channel started in 2013 and set sketches, parodies and prank formats next to the lifestyle clips that first drew an audience. She had been part of the collective channel Ponk, and later opened Snoozzze with Luke Mockridge and Julian Weiรbach. Television took her back as a sketch performer on Luke! Die Woche und ich, and she has since played in the parody series Binge Reloaded and worked as a dubbing voice in animation. With Chris Halb12 she wrote a non-fiction book in 2019 and turned it into a podcast under the same title.
