Moritz Hohl

Moritz Hohl is a German stand-up comedian based in Berlin. Before turning to comedy, he worked as a technology entrepreneur: at age 25 he moved to Berlin and founded Panfu, a children's virtual world game that grew to nearly 100 employees and was played by millions of children worldwide, before the company went bankrupt around five years later. In June 2012 he co-founded a further company, Fox and Sheep, together with Verena Pausder. Hohl has performed stand-up comedy as a hobby since 2021 and later moved into a full touring program. His debut solo stand-up show, "Schön für Dich," toured Germany in autumn 2025 to largely sold-out audiences, and he followed it with a new solo program, "Musst Du wissen," beginning autumn 2026. He also hosts a weekly podcast, "Die Moritz Hohl Show," in which he talks with fellow comedians and other guests.
