Bödőcs Tibor

Bodocs Tibor is a Hungarian stand-up comedian, author, and satirist born on December 11, 1982, in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary. He grew up in the village of Bucsuszentlaszlo and originally studied to become a Hungarian language teacher before pivoting to comedy. Since 2004, he has become one of Hungary's most acclaimed and highest-earning humorists, known for blending sharp political commentary with literary wit and cultural criticism.

Bodocs Tibor joined Dumaszinhaz in 2004 and gained national recognition through his Showder Klub appearances from 2008 to 2012, after which he focused primarily on large-scale solo shows. He was awarded the Karinthy Ring in 2010, Hungary's most prestigious stand-up comedy prize. Forbes Hungary has ranked him as the highest-earning Hungarian comedian, with his company reporting revenues exceeding 100 million forints per year.
