Hajdú Balázs

Hajdú Balázs (born 9 February 1982 in Szentes) is a Hungarian humorist. He is the youngest member of the "Szentes humor mafia" (alongside Balázs, Badár Sándor and Kőhalmi Zoltán also come from Szentes). He completed his secondary studies at the Horváth Mihály Gimnázium in Szentes, then earned a degree at the Pénzügy és Számviteli Főiskola in Salgótarján, and also briefly attended the Buddhista Egyetem.

In childhood he was a national third-place chess player and competed at a world championship. Later he began a footballer career, joining the Szentes adult team in the county first division at the age of fifteen; the MTK team was interested in him, but he had to give up football due to an injury. After school he moved to Budapest. He worked as a license administrator at the Magyar Labdarúgó Szövetség, traded on the stock exchange as an employee of a financial company, and also appeared in a pornographic film, of course only as an extra.

He joined the Dumaszínház company in 2007, and since then has regularly performed on the television programs A Comedy Central bemutatja and Showder Klub, as well as in the Rádiókabaré.
