About Pratyush Chaubey
Known as Chaubeyji, Pratyush Chaubey has been performing since 2014 and comes from Uttar Pradesh. He works in Hindi and puts his sets straight onto his own channel instead of routing them through television, which keeps the material closer to a club set than to a broadcast slot. What he talks about is anecdotal and observational: smoking, jealousy, an inferiority complex, a rejected visa, inter-caste marriage, jobs and the way families talk to one another.
