Comedians born in Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh is not a city but the most populous state in India, spread across the fertile Gangetic plains in the country's north. It encompasses major cities such as Lucknow, its capital, along with Varanasi, Kanpur, Agra, and Prayagraj, and it is home to landmarks including the Taj Mahal. As India's live comedy scene expands, stand-up increasingly tours the state's larger cities, bringing open-mic nights and comedy shows to audiences across this vast region.

Comedians Pratyush Chaubey and Sundeep Sharma come from Uttar Pradesh.
