About Jaime Ferraro
Jaime Ferraro is a Peruvian stand-up comedian born in 1981 who has lived most of his life in the Lima district of San Isidro. He built an online following through TikTok and Instagram videos in which he plays a comic persona nicknamed "La Cuarta Espada del Pituquismo", using self-deprecating satire of Lima's wealthy "pituco" social class to address classism and racism in Peru. He hosts the YouTube podcasts "El Podcast de Jaime Ferraro" and "El Otro Podcast de Jaime Ferraro", and has appeared as a guest on comedian Tom Segura's podcast. Ferraro has toured his solo stand-up show "Sin Privilegios" to Teatro Madrid in Spain, and has been booked at English-language comedy clubs in the United States and Canada, including venues in Atlantic City, New York and Toronto. After concluding a run of shows in Peru, he announced plans to relocate to Spain to continue his stand-up career, alongside a memoir under contract with Penguin Random House.
