About Job Mansilla
Job Mansilla started in stand-up in 2011 through comedy workshops, learning from the comic actor Ricardo Mendoza, and screen acting soon ran in parallel. From 2017 he was part of the América Televisión series De vuelta al barrio, and the same period brought a stint on El wasap de JB on Latina Televisión.
The solo shows are where the stand-up lives. Cuando sea grande, quisiera ser niño opened in 2019, and Géminis, which he wrote and directed himself, came in 2022. Sesiones GTN premiered at the Gran Teatro Nacional del Perú in 2023, Comedia afrodisiaca played the Nuevo Teatro Julieta, and Batalla de comediantes put him up against Mateo Garrido-Lecca in a competitive format. His work in La corrupta comedia won him the Best Supporting Actor prize at the Premios El Oficio Crítico in 2024.
On film he has appeared in La paisana Jacinta en búsqueda de Wasaberto, Encintados, Muerto de risa and Sube a mi nube, and outside comedy he acted in the stage play Un misterio, una pasión.
