About Dave Landau
Dave Landau is an American stand-up comedian from Michigan, who came up through Detroit's Second City Conservatory. Known for his laid-back delivery, dark personal material and a long history of confessional, edgy storytelling, he is the creator and co-host of BlazeTV's late-night comedy show Normal World and a longtime road headliner.
Landau was a season 8 finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing and appeared on Comedy Central's This Is Not Happening. In May 2018 he replaced Artie Lange as Anthony Cumia's co-host on The Anthony Cumia Show on Compound Media, where he remained until 2021, when he moved over to Louder With Crowder on BlazeTV. After leaving Crowder in 2023, he launched Normal World on BlazeTV with co-host 1/4 Black Garrett, mixing topical sketches, news commentary and stand-up. He has also appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience, Kill Tony, Gutfeld and Fox Across America, and wrote a book about his arrest-heavy teenage years.
Landau headlines US comedy clubs and theaters year-round, including Improv venues, the Comedy Bar in Chicago and dedicated Normal World Presents Comedian Dave Landau theater shows. In 2025 he co-headlined the Rebels With A Cause Tour with Steven Crowder, opening at Arizona Federal Theatre in Phoenix, and has 2026 dates on sale.
