About Jason Cheny
Jason Cheny is a Taiwanese American stand-up comedian based in Los Angeles. Born in Taiwan, he moved to the United States as a child, an upbringing he describes as being "re-raised" in America, with time also spent in Canada and at a military school. His debut comedy album, "Growing Pains," reached number one on the iTunes comedy chart. Cheny regularly tours Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China, and has appeared on the Fox and Hulu series "Laughs." A half hour special produced by Kevin Hart's Hartbeat is scheduled to premiere on Hulu in January 2027.
