Joe Kilgallon

Joe Kilgallon is an American stand-up comedian born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, performing professionally since 2006. With a background in improv and sketch writing, he built his reputation in the Chicago club circuit and on the road, fusing tight written material with riffing and crowd work. The Chicago Tribune has described his approach as a straight-shooting, pull-no-punches style drawn heavily from his personal life and Chicago-Irish roots.

Kilgallon has released three stand-up albums, all of which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Comedy Charts. His debut 'Pay Attention' also reached the top 10 on the Billboard Comedy Charts, and 'Can't Complain' followed in 2019. He has released the full stand-up special 'Life & Death' on his YouTube channel. Kilgallon has opened for Hannibal Buress, Roy Wood Jr. and Steve Byrne, and has appeared on NBC Sports and TBS, with a small role on NBC's 'Chicago Med' and a stretch as a segment producer on MTV's 'Ridiculousness'. He also hosts 'The Joe Kilgallon Podcast' (also known as Kilgallon's Pub), a long-running show where he sits down for drinks with guests in the style of a pub conversation.

Joe Kilgallon tours U.S. comedy clubs year-round, with regular dates at the Chicago Improv and clubs across the Midwest and beyond. His full special 'Life & Death' is on his YouTube channel @JoeKilgallon, his three albums are on iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music, and new episodes of 'The Joe Kilgallon Podcast' are on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
