About Nick Youssef
Nick Youssef is an American stand-up comedian, writer, and actor who works between Los Angeles and New York. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, he moved to the United States with his family during the Lebanese civil war and grew up in Los Angeles, where he began performing stand-up at age eighteen with The Comedy Store as his home club. He was a participating comic on the Axis of Evil Comedy Tour, organized by Ahmed Ahmed, which addressed post-9/11 stereotyping of Arab and Middle Eastern performers. His comedy blends crowd work and observational material, frequently touching on his Arab and Lebanese American identity, travel, technology, and pop culture. He has appeared on NBC's 'Last Call with Carson Daly', Hulu, Comedy Central's '@midnight', and Viceland's 'Funny How?', and has been a guest on podcasts including 'The Joe Rogan Experience' and 'WTF with Marc Maron'. His first two stand-up albums reached the top five of the iTunes comedy charts, and in 2023 he released his first hour-long special, 'Take Care', free on his YouTube channel.
