About Trevor Wallace
Trevor Auburn Wallace was born on December 30, 1992, in Naperville, Illinois, and grew up in Camarillo, California. He first took an interest in comedy at age 17 after enrolling in a six-week class at the Ventura Harbor Comedy Club. While attending San Jose State University, Wallace began posting short comedy videos on Vine, and after graduating he moved to Los Angeles in 2015, interning with the sketch troupe The Groundlings. He built an online following with viral sketches, including videos about the retailer Zumiez that drew more than 14 million views, a 2019 sketch about men named Kyle, and a July 2019 parody of White Claw hard seltzer drinkers that prompted a cease-and-desist letter from the beverage's maker. Wallace has been a regular contributor to the YouTube channel All Def Digital and has appeared on BuzzFeed, Funny or Die and MTV2. Since 2019 he has co-hosted the podcast Stiff Socks with comedian Michael Blaustein. His first hour-long stand-up special, Pterodactyl, premiered on Amazon Prime Video on November 13, 2023.
