Following this prize, he auditioned at the Ecole nationale de l'humour and was accepted, completing his training in humour creation in 2000. He did a tour of 20 shows across Quebec, including the festival Juste pour rire, 2000 edition.

In the summer of 2001, he created the Show Absurde in collaboration with Les Denis Drolet. That year Jobin received the prize for emerging talent for his performances at the festival Juste pour rire. He presented a first eponymous one man show from October 2005 in a tour that ended in 2008.

In 2010, he presented his second one man show, Soulever des Corneliu. In February 2013, despite his acrophobia, he took part in the show Le Grand Saut on V.
