About Amin Jensen
Amin Jensen made his stand-up debut in 1993 at Café Din's in Copenhagen, and his first one-man show, 150 Kilo Over Bæltestedet, opened a few years later. A run of touring shows followed, most of them released on DVD: Stort, Hit Med Amin, Blæs På DK, Stort II and Fyrre, fit og fattig.
Television gave him a second career as a host. Before Hit med sangen, which he presented from 2000, he fronted the TV 2 quiz Hvem er Hvem?, and he later took over Endelig Fredag. Danish audiences also know his voice from dubbed animation, including Shrek, where he voiced the title ogre, and Toy Story 2. As a singer he recorded the albums It Feels Right and A Tenor's Opera, and in 2008 he competed in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix with Luciano My Friend.
