Yossi Tarablus
About Yossi Tarablus
Yossi Tarablus has been getting on stand-up stages since 1998. He has performed in Hebrew and in English, in clubs and halls across Israel as well as abroad, and in his earlier years he took his act to stand-up clubs in New York more than once.
A milestone came in 2008, when he was the first Israeli stand-up comedian to represent the country on Last Comic Standing on NBC. Later tours kept him on the move: in 2018 he performed across Europe and England together with Yochai Sponder and Shahar Hason, and in 2019 he was the opening act for Jeremy Piven's series of shows in Israel.
Television has used him as much for his writing as for his performing. He has written for several Israeli programmes, among them shows fronted by Avri Gilad, Assaf Harel and Dudu Topaz, and has appeared on a number of entertainment programmes himself.
