About Carlos Alberto Pérez Ibarra
El Capi Perez is a Mexican comedian and television host born on December 20, 1986, in Aguascalientes, Mexico. His real name is Jesus Eduardo Perez. El Capi Perez studied Communication Sciences at the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes and began his television career at TV Azteca Aguascalientes, hosting a regional grupera music program. He joined the national morning show Venga la Alegria in 2014 following the departure of a previous host, quickly becoming one of its most popular figures through sketch comedy and spontaneous humor.
