About David Sundin
David Sundin came to comedy from advertising. He was already building websites as a pupil at Grafiskt Utbildningscenter in Uppsala, went on to start the web agency Speedway Digital Army, and later co-founded the agency Great Works with Ted Persson. Stand-up came in 2013, with sets at RAW, Norra Brunn and Stockholm Comedy Club, and a year later he finished second in the Swedish pun championship.
The films he publishes in Swedish gather work by him, with him and about him: absurd running series such as his explanations of how things "work" in Japan, comic interviews and characters, all played with a straight face. Television has given that humour a much bigger room. He sat on the panel of Schulman Show in 2012, and from 2017 he presented BĂ€st i test with Babben Larsson, first on SVT and later on TV4. He co-hosted Melodifestivalen 2020 with Lina Hedlund and Linnea Henriksson, has written for the contest and for Welcome to Sweden, and has hosted Idrottsgalan and the Kristallen ceremony; in 2021 Kristallen named him male presenter of the year. With Albin Olsson he also ran 80 VĂ€ldigt Goda Mackor Podcast.
