About Hans Ingemansson
Hans Bertil Ingemansson was a Swedish screenwriter, film director, stand-up comedian, composer and musician. Born on 29 October 1964 in Almhult, he died on 16 September 2019 in Stockholm. Before moving into comedy and filmmaking he was a member and songwriter of the band The Creeps.
As a television writer he created and directed material around Felix Herngren's fictional characters Dan Backman, Tim Hibbins and Sasha, and wrote the feature film Varannan vecka along with the TV4 comedy series Solsidan and Bonusfamiljen. He was also one of the writers on the series Ulveson och Herngren.
His production credits include work as a segment producer on 100 hojdare with Filip och Fredrik, and as producer and director of Sjon suger with Lennart Jahkel and Johan Ulveson. Together with Felix Herngren he wrote the successful films Hundraaringen som klev ut genom fonstret och forsvann and its sequel Hundraettaringen som smet fran notan och forsvann, and he directed a number of commercials. He is buried at Maria Magdalena cemetery in Stockholm.
