Comedians born in Forchheim

Between Nuremberg and Bamberg in Franconia, Forchheim guards the gateway to the hills of Franconian Switzerland. Its half-timbered old town and historic palace speak to a long past, while Franconia's dense brewing tradition flavours local life. Germany's Kabarett heritage and a growing stand-up scene reach into the region, and cultural venues in towns like Forchheim increasingly welcome touring comedians alongside home-grown satirical acts.
