Comedians born in IJsselmonde

IJsselmonde is a district of the city of Rotterdam rather than a separate town, lying on the south bank of the Nieuwe Maas river. The name also historically belonged to the wider island region. Once its own village, it is now fully part of the Rotterdam conurbation.

Its residents share in Rotterdam's big-city cultural life, including the Netherlands' cabaret and stand-up scene. IJsselmonde is the hometown of comedian Paul de Leeuw.
