Comedians born in Boxmeer

Boxmeer is a town in the Dutch province of North Brabant, in the area known as Land van Cuijk, near the Meuse river and close to the German border in the southeast of the Netherlands. It works as a commercial and service centre for the farmland around it.

Dutch cabaret and stand-up comedy has spread well beyond the big cities, and Boxmeer's theatres and venues host touring performers. The town is also the hometown of comedian Guido Weijers.
