Comedians born in Tegelen

Tegelen is part of the municipality of Venlo, in the Dutch province of Limburg, near the German border in the southeast of the Netherlands. The town has long been associated with a traditional open-air Passion Play staged there, and it shares the warm, festive character of the surrounding Limburg landscape.

As the Dutch comedy circuit grows, local theatres increasingly host visiting stand-up and cabaret acts. Tegelen is the hometown of comedian Ronald Goedemondt.
