Comedians born in Merton
London, United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Merton is a borough of south-west London rather than a town on its own. It takes its name from a historic priory and covers Wimbledon, home of the tennis championships, along with Mitcham and Morden, and much of it is leafy and residential.
As part of Greater London, Merton sits inside the capital's entertainment network, and its theatres, pubs and local venues host touring and grassroots comedy alike. Michael McIntyre was born in the borough.
